Poodle

My heart dog Bianca. Charm School with mama B

Poodle

When I started on this journey, it all began with a Poodle named Toulouse. He was our foundation sire, and he brought us many beautiful little souls that touched countless hearts in numerous ways. Poodles are very near and dear to my heart, and I wouldn’t be here today without my curly little heart dogs. Intelligence, intuitiveness, allergy-friendly coats, beautiful expressive eyes, gentleness, and loveliness – Poodles possess all these wonderful qualities. My precious heart dog, Bianca, who left us too soon, lives on forever in our hearts. Yes, Poodles are truly magical.

  • Family Benefits: Poodles are prized for their intelligence, making them easy to train. They are highly adaptable and thrive in both active and calm environments. Their curly, hypoallergenic coats shed minimally, making them a low-maintenance option for households with allergy concerns. Poodles are also playful and enjoy engaging with children, which makes them an ideal family pet.
  • Therapy Benefits: Poodles’ intelligence and emotional sensitivity make them excellent therapy dogs. They are quick learners and can be trained for specific therapeutic tasks, including emotional support, guiding, or simply providing companionship. Their adaptability ensures they fit into various environments, whether it’s a hospital, school, or therapeutic setting.

#143 Know Your Boo 2: Avoid Voice Triggers

In the previous article (Know Your Boo, Jan 2024), we spoke about avoiding triggers with your Habibi Bear dog, leading them to possible overstimulation. Triggers are stimuli that can provoke anxiety or stress in your pup; things like doorbells, garbage trucks or sirens. However, I bet you didn’t know that even your best intentions can sometimes trigger nervous behavior in your Habibi Bear puppy! Let me explain.
