What size should I choose?

For families waiting for the perfect therapy or service dog, this litter is a wonderful choice for service and facility work.   Wondering how to select a size when you have a need for a support animal?

Large & Medium

  • Therapy:  Particularly if you are dealing with cognitive disability or impairment.  We’ve  found the bigger dogs are much more tolerant with persistent handling, touching,  patting, petting, poking etc.
  • Service: These dogs are helpful for any mobility impairment, including wheelchair-bound clients. They are also able to retrieve larger items such as prosthetics , diabetic testing kits etc. They are also more able to perform tasks such as helping with coat sleeves, socks  and shoes as well as turning lights off and on and opening and closing doors.

Small & Medium

  • ESA & Facility:  The little ones are very calming  and are wonderful for Emotional Support, both for their owner, or in a facility.  They  are every bit as capable for training alert, seizures, diabetics etc. They are easy to transport and keep close to their person in stressful outings, or situations that arise  such as tantrums or self harm behaviors.

Ok my friends, I am off to finalize our selection of this litter!

Have a fantastic rest of your week, Julie
